Grammys 2012 Worst Dressed

I don't know about anyone else, but my favorite part of watching the Grammys the red carpet, and seeing all the dressed or costumes that the celebs are wearing. There are always the gorgeous actresses and singers that wear long, elegant gowns that every one goes crazy over. And then there are always the ones who wear out of the ordinary dresses that seem more like Halloween wear than red carpet. This year the red carpet saw beautiful dresses but the ugly, revealing, and Halloween like dresses took over. Fergie wore a beautiful orange gown, the only problem, it was see through and she wore black undergarments, literally making herself look like Halloween. Anne V wore an extremely revealing dress that would even be considered a bathing suit cover up. Nicki Minaj wore a red, robe like dress. Recently people have come to believe that minaj is trying way to hard to stand out, this dress was defiantly proof. Snooki rocked a typical Snooki outfit, a tight black and zebra stripped dress, with her new red hair. Kelly Osbournes silver dress looks like a popped balloon, and her lavender colored hair doesn't improve her awkward appearance either. Alison Krauss looked like a grandma in her "little house on the prairie" wear. Sasha Gradiva wore a beautiful pink gown but ruined her appearance with a ginormous transformer like arm, there was no need for her to be armed on the red carpet. D'Manti wore a short zebra print dress with red feathers, obviously when people see this they think a bleeding animal, was that her intention? Esperanza Spaulding wore a beautifully colored dress but it looked like her mom made it out of curtains. Jessie J rocked a high school prom dress down the red carpet, embarrassing. For weeks this ugly dresses will be talked about and referenced on the news, magazines, and celebrity talk shows and blogs. Celebrities know what they are getting them selves into when the are about to walk down the red carpet, they know all eyes are on them. So why would they wear something they know all the critics and fans will be tearing apart for weeks? They may have talent but they are clearly not the smartest.

Super Bowl 46 Commercials

Years ago a commercial was a break in between playings during the Super Bowl, you could go to the bathroom quickly or refill your chip bowl without missing some of the big game. In recent years companies have taken advantage of the fact that millions of people would be watching this one game all at the same time, it was a great opportunity to advertise their products. Since all of these companies realized this, the competition to have the best commercial became a huge deal. Since then Super bowl commericals are known to be some of the best commercials of the year.  Now commercials are looked forward to just as much as the actual game, and you can see more people leaving in between downs to go to the bathroom or restock their food so that they don't miss the commercials. When you think of Super Bowl commercials you think of dancing and singing animals, and all those kinds of commical things. This year one commercial stood out among the rest, but the thing is it didn't contain a talking animal, or any laughing matter at all. This commercial was for McDonald's Hope Fund, it showed a small boys recovery after fighting Leukemia. I was surprised to see this commercial amongst the norm of funny commercials. Five New Uses for Baby Powder

When you think of baby powder you think of a little baby after bath time. Recently people have been using this powder for many other functions. Personally i like to use baby powder after a day at the beach, it easily removes all the extra sand off your skin. This is my favorite function but Chris Barnes is convinced that this simple product can be used in many other situations, mostly smelly situations. For all the people out there with a stinky shoe problem, baby powder might just be what you need. after sprinkling some into your shoe at night and leaving it until the next morning, your shoes should smell good as new. for those who have an ant problem in their kitchen, leave piles of baby powder in areas where you often see them. The smell and texture of the powder is too much for the ants sensory system, causing them to avoid those areas. During the winter when the heat is blasting or in the summer when the humidity is unbearable, sleeping comfortably is always an issue, you always get so sweaty. By sprinkling some baby powder on your sheets and spreading it out it will absorb the sweat and you will have a dry, comfortable night. A smelly cat or dog is bad but even worst is trying to bathe a smelly cat or dog. Instead of washing your animals wipe them down with a baby powder covered cloth. The powder will absorb the smell and is very safe for the animals skin. getting on rubber gloves can some times be a problem, if you sprinkle some powder in them they will be much easier to put on and they wont stick together. I love learning new functions for simple products you can find around your house its always very interesting and usually very useful in your every day activities.

Second Memoir

For my second memoir I picked Black Boy by Richard Wright. The reason why I chose this book is because Ms. Fay recommended it to me. Last night I read the first couple of pages and really enjoyed it. I look forward to reading the rest of Richards story.

How are Demi's daughters really doing?

With Demi's recent issues and hospital visits for purposive exhaustion her daughters have had to keep a low profile. Their mother Demi Moore has suffered with drug and alcohol abuse in earlier stages of her life, and after a harsh separation from ex Ashton Kutcher, Demi is said to be having issues with drugs lately. How is this effecting her daughters lives? Demi's three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah are all reported to be very upset with their mothers decisions and have been spotted outside the hospital in which their mother is being held, looking very upset. Demis youngest daughter Tallulah is the only daughter that is still staying with her, now that she is hospitalized Tallulah has been staying at her father Bruce Wills' condo in LA. Rumer has her own apartment and middle child Scout is a student at Brown University in Rhode Island. Demi's daughter are disappointed of their mothers anorexia, and addiction to adderal and red bull. Demi was said to be hospitalized after doing "whip-its" and suffering from minor seizures. Although Demi's actions are making her children look bad, the girls love their mother and are planning by staying by her side through her recovery.

Celebrity Fashion Influences the U.S.

 We look up to celebrities for fashion tips and good stories. There is nothing
better than seeing celebrities in public so we can steal their ideas of fashion
and use them the following weekend. Around this time of year we are able to
experience all of the celebrities at their best with all the award ceremonies
taking place. After seeing them walk the red carpet in gorgeous gowns, seeing
them walk the streets in jeans and flats is a let down. This week paparazzi has
singled out 18 celebrities that have truest shown their fashionista side and has
inspired women all over the us. Cameron Diaz rocks leather pants that really
emphasize her long legs. Dita Von Teese wears a casual yet chic long black
dress. Kirsten Dunst polishes her look with a dolce and cabana back and high
heeled boots. Miranda Kerr rocks a quilted black leather jacket that wows the
paparazzi. Amber Heard spots a comfortable but cute get up while shopping in
Hollywood. Katherine Heigl matches a long grey coat with a cute textured bag
making her look fabulous. Drew Barrymore wear bright brown boots that stick out
among her neutral look. Glenn Close looks great for her age in a tailored blazer
and ballet flats. Kate Moss makes up for her bare legs with an over sized fur
coat. Taylor Swift owns a layer back look with skinny jeans and a cranberry
toggle coat. Jessica Alba expresses her excited personality with a bright green
blazer. January Jones make adds some excitement to her outfit with a striped tee
and quirky shoes. Monet Mazur adds a temporary look to her outfit with aviator
sunglasses. Kate Moss surprisingly makes three different shades of grey work together. Solange Knowles pairs neon with animal print to create a magnificent outfit for a night out. Drew Barrymore makes a long dress with huge print work because her hair and makeup is kept simple. Kristin Cavallari pulls off a feminine and flirty look. Reese Witherspoon completes her outfit with an over sized, patterned scarf. These celebrities influence fashion all over the United States, everyone is always looking forward to seeing what the next hottest look is.

Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is well know in America, having arthritis seems to be
pretty common in many adults and even some children. When we think of arthritis
we think of people that have a hard time getting around and usually have a lot
of pain associated with their joints. But what about rheumatoid arthritis do
most people not know? This type of arthritis can lead to very serious lung
problems. Rheumatoid arthritis can damage the tissue around the eyes, heart and
lungs. Doctors are saying that instead of calling it rheumatoid arthritis it's
should be called rheumatoid disease because of that fact that it effects a lot
more than just your joints. The heart and lungs are the most effected by
rheumatoid arthritis, this disease causes the organs to suffer. Lung
complications due to rheumatoid arthritis are responsible for about twenty
percent of deaths. Men are at a higher risk to contract this disease in their
eyes, heart or lungs. Smokers also have a higher chance to develop the disease.
Symptoms include dry cough and loss of breath, it is very hard to detect in
early stages. As of now there is no treatment for this disease, but researchers
are working thoroughly to find a cure.
